About Donairnutz
Donairnutz is a Nanaimo food truck run by Angela Cassino and Cambie Clear. When NanaimoNewsNOW profiled the truck in 2021, Angela had worked in the food industry for 23 years, and Cambie brought her long-time love of mini donuts.
The two came up with the donairnut after a night of brainstorming how to put donairs and mini donuts together. As Angela put it, "It's savoury and sweet and the donairnut was born."
